These key areas can support a wide range of health concerns — and in states where I can practice Nutrition Counseling, we can layer in deeper clinical support if needed, using a personalized approach that evolves with you.

There are two main ways clients typically access this work:

  • Nutrition Counseling — available with or without insurance (in states where I can legally provide it)

  • Health & Wellness Coaching and/or Nutrition Education— for those outside those states or looking for a more affordable support option​

Whichever path you take, you’ll receive the same thoughtful, structured guidance — always grounded in what’s realistic and sustainable for you.

Nutrition Counseling (Using Insurance)

For clients in states where I can legally practice Nutrition Counseling. Insurance coverage available when applicable.

We begin by evaluating the foundation — nourishment, hydration, movement, rest, and mindset — to lay the groundwork for real, sustainable change. These core areas alone can often improve symptoms related to digestion, inflammation, blood sugar, and more.

The foundational work itself is clinical and therapeutic — and when needed, we can build on it with more targeted strategies like supplement support or functional testing, based on your goals, symptoms, or lab results.

Nutrition Counseling (Self-Pay)

For clients in states where I can legally practice Nutrition Counseling who don’t have insurance coverage or prefer a self-pay option.

We follow the same process: starting with foundational areas that can often help relieve or improve symptoms related to digestion, blood sugar, inflammation, fatigue, or metabolic conditions.

The foundational work itself is clinical and therapeutic — and when needed, we can build on it with more targeted strategies like supplement support or functional testing, based on your goals, symptoms, or lab results.

💲 Initial Session: $130

💲 Follow-Up Session: $85

Health & Wellness Coaching

For clients outside the states in which I can offer Nutrition Counseling, or for those looking for a more affordable support option.

We begin by evaluating the foundation — nourishment, hydration, movement, rest, and mindset — to lay the groundwork for real, sustainable change. These areas can influence everything from energy and focus to stress, digestion, and overall well-being.

Coaching offers a structured, supportive space to make meaningful shifts in your daily habits — especially if you already know what to do, but struggle to follow through consistently. We work together to bridge that gap, without pressure or perfection.

💲 Initial Session: $85

💲 60-Min Follow-Up Session: $70
💲 30-Min Follow-Up Session: $43
