Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen.

I’m a Certified Nutrition Specialist® and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I’m also a Mindbodygreen Certified Health & Wellness Coach — because providing education is one thing, but helping someone apply it in a way that actually fits their life is something else entirely.

That’s why I became both a licensed nutritionist and a trained coach.
I bridge the gap between knowing what to do — and actually doing it.
You could say I’m a behavior change expert just as much as a nutrition professional.

Like many in this field, my own health challenges led me here.
At one point, I felt like I was falling apart. I experienced extreme pain in both my arms and feet, persistent skin issues, digestive problems, unexplained weight gain, and back pain. I was tired all the time — so much so that it started to affect my daily life.

Over time, I had to start making real changes to support my body — not just temporarily, but in a way I could stick with. That meant getting curious about what I needed, reflecting honestly on what was working (and what wasn’t), and letting go of perfection.

That’s what I try to model for my clients, too:
I’m always reflecting on how to create routines that feel sustainable for me. I don’t expect perfection from myself — and I don’t expect it from you either.

My Approach

You don’t need a complete overhaul. You need a place to start.

When we work together, we start where you are — no judgment, no pressure to be perfect. My approach is rooted in compassion, structure, and consistency, not all-or-nothing thinking.

I focus on helping you build a strong foundation, one step at a time. Because sustainable change isn’t about doing everything — it’s about doing the right things, at the right pace, for you.

We’ll focus on six core pillars of health:

  • Food & Nutrition – personalized, practical, and rooted in what works for you

  • Movement – not punishment, but a way to support your energy and mobility

  • Hydration – because even simple shifts can make a big impact

  • Sleep & Stress – the often-overlooked pieces that affect everything else

  • Your Relationship with Food – learning to trust yourself again

  • Water – not just quantity, but how it supports digestion, energy, and rhythm

This is a whole-person approach, supported by both science and lived experience.

You won’t get a one-size-fits-all plan here. You’ll get realistic support that meets you where you are — and helps you grow from there.

Ready to take the next step?

Let’s explore what steady, sustainable support could look like for you.
